Sonar Platinum install issue

Can't get new updates, the last update that worked was Version 22.6.0 Build 26 . When I tried installing 22.7.0.41 it went all the way through the install Process but at the end it gave me the error "Access is denied." and reverted back to version 22.6. This was under windows 7.
