best data recovery program for delayed sonar files and wav

Yep, I dumped (deleted then emptied recycling bin Windows 7)some sonar projects by mistake with most tracks recorded wav files. Lots of programs out there anyone know the best one for audio and sonar files? P.S. and yes I am stressed as hell...

NEW THREAD: Trying to solve 2 major problems in Sonar Platinum:

I'm updating Windows 8.1 now will try to get:1. All selected tracks to switch from Waveform view to Automation...and then back.2. I will try to bounce out all tracks through master bus to create a stereo mixdown and see if it will sound like all the original tracks. this will happen in 24-48 hours. ..

Aux no sound unless soloed

Do you still use MIDI with Instrument Definitions?

Who here still using the instrument definitions? Any other programs besides Midi Quest for creating instrument definitions (besides creating your own)? Anyone still using Midi (like sequencing)? Just wondering.....

Bit Depth Settings

OK, I saw something about this topic a few weeks ago but I'm not sure if it answers my question ... and I couldn't find the thread. I see that the DAW has the project set for a bit depth of 16 in the control bar, however, when I look at the driver settings it's set for 24 AND it's greyed out...can't..
