Possible to have the same plugin on two separate tracks open at same time? {SOLVED}

I'm working on complimentary EQing of a kick drum track and a bass track. Sonar Platinum 2016.07 Wave track for song just a straight line no wave form

I only have one VST3 installed, Fabfilter Twin, which akso has a VST2. What the value of VST3, or isn't their any in Sonar. I understand the synth is the same, it's just a management difference, but I don't what that is...

I recently noticed that I have multisamples for Rapture, Dim Pro and CSC in multiple locations. Just searching for one of the flac files returned 4 versions.
