How to manually draw a bend or slur into a midi note

I am using Sonar Platinum. My question is regarding midi. I am using a solo violin sample and would like to be able to bend or slur into a note. My midi keyboard does not have a pitch wheel. How can I draw or create a bend or slur into a note manually...

Is it possible to enlarge letters and numbers on the Sonar screen?

Apologies if I am missing something obvious, but is there a way to enlarge the letters and numbers on the Sonar screen to make them easier to read? I've searched in the Sonar menus, the documentation, and the forum, and I can't find anything about this...

[Solved] Drum Replacer crashes Splat 2016.08, and not caught by FaultReporter

Selected piano roll

Whenever I select a track and press Alt+3 for the piano roll for that track, all the notes are selected. Is there something I can do so it doesn't do that? So none of the notes are selected. Thanks for any help!..
