Where did the stretch audio clips (yellow) go?

Anyone know how to stretch audio clips in this new update today, August 24th? I tried "ctrl" as it always have been, but it does not turn yellow & it is only "crop" it. Also tried "ctrl+shift", nothing happens. I love this update, but please do not mess with my workflow . Habits are hard to chan..

32 bit issues suddenly with the new update

Exploring a BUN file

I've received a BUN file which won't load. Sonar just hangs after seeming to process three audio files. It appears the waves may have been recorded at 64 bits. Is there a way to explore a BUN file without actually having to open it? Some utility that's been written? Thanks!..
