NI Battery3 missing from Plugin Manager in Platinum x32

I have 32-bit and 64-bit versions of both X3e and Platinum installed. NI Battery3 is absent from Plugin Manager in Platinum x32 while present in the other three. I don't get it. Axiom 49 keyboard and Platinum
