outboard gear coming through on ALL channels

hello all,I'm using a Zoom multifx rack unit to add some fx to some of my tracks. the problem is that ALL the tracks signals are going out to the Zoom unit and being affected ( i can hear it in the monitors). Even when I delete the stereo bus with the External Insert plugin I can still here the fx. ..

Mastering templates in Cakewalk by Bandlab

Working on a project last week and noticed that the mastering templates are no longer in Cakewalk by Bandlab. I circumvented by running Splat to do what I wnated to, but I'm wondering if there is a plan to put them back into CbB at some point? Jackson..

Bandlab assistant does not let me see the loop library anymore [Solved]

For a few days "bandlab assistant" does not show me the loops library. I tried to uninstall and reinstall "bandlab assistant" and logged out and login. The loops window is empty. How can I solve the problem? Has it happened to any of you?ThanksBye..

VST not showing in menu

Hello I recently switched PC's and have installed Sonar 4 (yes I know its old haha,I have Platinum also but it's new look is so confusing.) Sonar 4 is working ok but for some reason I'm missing the VST in the effects menu. I have the VST adapter 4 also seems to be working and has found all my plugin..
