[Solved] Smart tool keyboard shortcut

In a previous version of Sonar (8.5?) I could hit "T" and within the Piano Roll view, a floating pallet of the smart tool options would appear, right next to the cursor. How do I achieve that now? Not sure what that feature is called when searching the bindings within keyboard shortcut preferences. ..
