Sonar X3 failed to insert Rapture.

I am using Steam edition and I am unable to get Rapture to work. When trying to load it, I get this error message: "Failed to insert soft synth". Snap midi notes to right without changing length ?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to snap a bunch of midi notes to the right without changing the length of any notes , example 4 notes ( the end of all 4 midi notes to snap to the right to butt up against the ( left of ) nearest 64th line lets say???Is this possible ?????..

Can't I Drag and Drop ProChannel Presets??

I struggle with the drum map, am I doing it wrong? If not, here are some requests.

What I want to do is pretty simple. When I load a drum VST (let's use NI Battery for this example), I want to be able to see the names of the various drums instead of piano keys.
