Modulation tool for Melodyne?

I have Melodyne that came with Sonar3 producer. It says it is Melodyne 4, but I can't find the modulation tool. Maybe it doesn't come with the version that is included with Sonar 3 producer. Thanks for any insight. I wonder if I upgrade to Sonar Platinum if it would have a Modulation tool in it...

Reauthorize AD2 after Win 10 Anniversary Update
