Getting a track recorded without metronome to follow a set tempo map for adding drums

Says it all. I tried audio palette and maybe its just over my head. Hot Audio + Trimming

Hey guys. I'm wondering if someone can point me to a plug-in in Sonar to take a hot audio down to say -18dB. I was watching this guy using Pro Tools and he placed a 'trimmer' plug-in before each track - and made a template with this on all tracks - so as to take 'hot' audio - peaking at 0 etc - down..

Does Sonar load projects faster if vst's are frozen?

Would Sonar load projects much quicker if all vst's were frozen, or is it just the track data that is frozen and no time saving is to be had? Again I am thinking of using it live.. Thanks..

[SOLVED] Melodyne Not Changing Anything!

Hello,I have used Melodyne many times before, but for some reason, now when i drag blobs around from note to note... the pitch doesn't change rendering the plugin useless. Sharing Drivers glitch...

So the Sonar share drivers option used to work a treat...but after this last update, whenever I go out of Splat, to another app, and then back to splat, all I get is a delay in the project starting (pressing space bar) and no sound.
