Sonar Platinum will no longer run - SOLVED

Today I tried to run Platinum and instead of running, SOnar begins to start and then an installation pop-up appears. This pop up doesn't say what's installing and it never closes. Deleting selection of audio or midi does not leave hole anymore

I have noticed lately, or for all I know its been forever, that in CbB, I cannot copy a piece of audio track from here, and paste it more than once. The paste buffer seems to clear after the first paste. Forcing me to go back and copy the data to paste again. ???..
