[Half solved] Export doesn't work with Sonar and 3 of Sonitus FX

Hi, I edited the post I did in first place to make things simpler. If you insert one of the 3 of this Sonitus FX : Reverb, Phase or Surround on a audio track and try to export, it will only work if "64-bit engine" is ticked at the bottom right. Can't get my mic to work at all

I've tried looking for tutorials, and options but nothing. I can't get my Sterling Audio mic to work and record. It doesnbt eve pick up on Sonar. I'm using a M-Audio Fast Track Pro. VST for dummies?

So nearly every plugin I got bundled with my Sonar Professional OR Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 seems to either not work for licensing reasons or crash my computer for the same cause I guess. Is there a tutorial to go through all your stuff you are supposed to have access to get it squared away?..
