How do I move MIDI notes without moving the clip itself?

I'm probably a candidate for Brain Farts Anonymous, but I've tried various ways to move notes within a clip (it's a MIDI clip, no audio), without the clip itself being moved. Slide just slides the clip, Nudge does the same. It's a 4-measure clip with notes that begin about 910 ticks into the clip. I..

Won't scan Scheps Omni Channel SOLVED (mostly)

Sonar outputting incorrect Now Time to VST after time Signature change

Cannot write - disk may be full

I've been saving my current project frequently, just made several edits and went to save, and after attempting to save got the error message: Cannot write - disk may be full. My disk is nowhere near full. I tried saving it as another file name, and to another drive, and still get the same error mess..
