Just purchased Sonar Artist - "Already Redeemed"???

I am trying to redeem my new copy of Sonar Artist that I purchased today and it says that code has already been redeemed. Did I get ripped off? I have a receipt from Sam Ash and the brand new software. Has anyone had this problem?..

Deleting reference to missing plugins on song launch (startup)

I have a song from a previous version of sonar (version 4 producer) I am now using 8.5 and the arkaos plugin I thought I deleted use of in track view seems to be sought by sonar 8.5 in the same song I migrated to 8.5 from 4. Boost 11 Not Working In Regular Effects Bin

Any one else having the problem since the last update (2016 06) of Boost 11 not working in the regular effects bin? If I create a prochannel effects bin and insert it in there it works fine but in the regular effects bin it does appears as though there is no audio. Thanks!Luke..

Track 0.8 dB quieter after Applying Effects
