Turning knobs in VST plugins

First, thanks for all the help from the forum so far, I've just made the switch from Pro Tools and it's going smoothly. When I use a plugin, for example bx_console in Sonar - if a knob is set to 12'o'clock, and I click the knob in the viscinity of the 3'o'clock position, the knob value jumps to 3'o'..

Piano Roll misalignment

Is there a setting I may have accidentally changed to cause this? In piano roll edit mode, the keyboard on the left is no longer lined up with the relevant lines to the right. Keyboard seems to be a whole step higher on the screen...

Win 10 virtual desktop / Platinum

Midi bounce to clip with slip edit

Hi, I searched around and couldn't find this. I'm trying to export a midi clip to use on another machine.
