Locked track height question

Hello, new Sonar user here, coming from Pro Tools. Sorry if this is a noob question - is there any way to lock the track height permanently, and have set track heights for all tracks, like in Pro Tools? I see a lock track height option, but this seems to be per track, and related to zooming/fit comm..

Sonar pro vst folder path

Greetings. I totally forgot the sonar pro > vst plug in path for Spectrasonics Omnisphere. It's asking select folder for "where should the DLL file be installed if you use only (RTAS) Digidesign plug-ins. I just do not know where the correct file folder path should be located. ASIO volume greater than Windows default

Why is Bounce to Track raising the volume 3db?
