Sonar Platinum - TH3 - How to play in real time

Hey everyone, I have Sonar Platinum and I can't seem to get TH3 to recognize my guitar when playing it real time. All the videos on Cakewalk show this is possible. I can use the TH3 plugin as an FX after recording during playback only. How do I get it, so I can hear TH3 at the same time I am playing..

Sonar Pro: Melodyne keeps wanting activation

I just upgraded to Sonar Professional partly because of Melodyne, but the software keeps wanting to be activated.
