Upgrading to Platinum... advice req'd

Guys, I'm thinking of taking the leap from X3 to Platinum (and maybe from win 8 to win 10 at the same time) I have a quad i5. Will I get worse performance from moving from X3 to Platinum, or will it remain roughly the same? Thanks!..

Okay been a couple years since I started my own thread but here goes... Sysex, You never know until you ask.

I bought a Yamaha Montage synthesizer and think it has a great sounds. The "Super Knob" has some interesting possibilities but although you can record live into Sonar MIDI and it will record the Super Knob System Exclusive data, there's no way that I know of to edit it easily. I think Yamaha missed ..

X3 Screen Resolution Issue - TruePianos

Upgrade from X3 Producer to Platinum

Greetings,I want to upgrade to Sonar Platinum, but keep X3 running on the same machine - just in case I need the older version to make sure that certain projects run okay.Have there been any issues with having both installed on the same machine, etc.? Teamviewer with Sonar

I am accessing my home computer remotely using Teamviewer. I am getting audio via YouTube, iTunes, and Abode Audition, but not through Sonar.
