vst not being detected By Sonar Platinum

Now I have a master & a backup PC the vst in question is in exactly the same location "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vst Plugins\SONiVOX\DviMellotron_x64.dll". I can play it in standalone mode and other software picks it up in a vst scan on both PC's but for some reason Sonar does not see it on back..
