How to gradually slow down a sample?

I'm trying to make a sample of a sound effect which gradually slows down over a period of maybe 5-10 seconds. Is there a simple way to do it (in Sonar X1)? I don't mind paying for a plugin or separate app if it does a good job as long as it's not too expensive, but as it's probably only going to ..

Deleting Files downloaded from Command Center?

My C: drive has just 74 gigs left on it. I was thinking I could free up space by deleting all the files that Cakewalk command center downloads for updates. Sonar Plat Can't Export Project With Linked Clips (or Even Mix Down)...

Anyone got the Reaktor Blocks MAschine studio template to work inside SPLAT?

So Frustrating! The Maschine studio Reaktor Blocks template works fine in standalone but not in SPLAT.I am sure this is an NI problem but wanted to ask any other hardcore NI heads here if they have even tried it or got it working?
