VSTs Not available/not scanning

Hi, For some reason none of my VST soft synths will open any longer. VSTs no longer scan on opening Cakewalk and when I try to scan manually in preferences the "Scan VST Folder" button is greyed out. Any ideas for how to fix this? I've been trying to get a response from Cakewalk sup..

Can you copy Automation from one project to another?

I've been trying to do this but to no avail. I can select the clip, go to edit, copy special, check the automation box, copy it. But it won't paste in the other project that I want to paste it to. Corrupted Song File Question

Whenever I take off the FX enable button on this one song, Platinum begins to studder badly. When I reengage the FX button everything is fine.
