New File Export Options?

I am a little confused by all of the new file export options. I typically export to .wav at 48/24. Now there is a whole list of other options in addition to that. Not sure what to pick. What value was it in the past that was decided "under the hood" and worked?..

Quick Start should understand crashes

Mastering by humans..

Just did a mastering job for a US producer, and I referred two of the mixes back to him for consistency and artifact issues. He was blown away by the fact that I a) heard it and b) took the time to let him know.You ain't gonna get that from an automated mastering service.. Just sayin :O)..

Copy of mono track is 3dB quieter because interleave gets changed - is this right?

If I copy and paste a track within or between projects and the original track has mono interleave, the copy has stereo interleave.
