How does one set an end time to a recording in Sonar?

Can't figure it out. I've got markers and all that good stuff but I can't set an end time to the song. How does one do that? Every time I play back the recording it keeps going for two minutes even after the song finishes. I export the entire recording but the finished wave also includes a good two ..

Can we automate the On/Off button of an effect plugin

Remove instrument bleed from vocal track?

What's the best way (ie. "perfect magic solution") to remove acoustic guitar bleed from a vocal track. I'd like to apply some effects to the vocals and the guitar on the track is really muddying things up. I'm working with the eq, and that helps a little, but I'm hoping there's a better way. Thanks!..
