Smart Tool Right click+drag in PRV to select notes, get context menu instead

Memory usage in Platinum.

What is everyone else seeing. When I load Plat with no files loaded, just the program, then load up task manager in Windows 10, it tells me that Sonar is using almost a gig of memory and nothing is yet loaded but the core program.
