Hardware Latency Compensation

This must have been discussed but I can't find it anywhere. I've recently started using hardware effects and compressors and obviously this is causing latency. I am effectively re-recording the track, through the compressor and onto another track. Is there an accurate way to calculate the latenc..

I can't upgrade and I don't know why

I am a CW subscriber. I run the command center "update" command. It downloads the update but the sonar I launch is not updated. Do I need to do something additional to force an update? Does it put the final somewhere else?Thanks...

Audio dropouts when nudging notes [in 2016.05 update]

I installed the latest update (2016.05) this morning. Ever since, whenever I nudge notes in the piano roll during playback, the audio (not just for that track, but for all tracks) is interrupted, causing a drop-out. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?..

Jamstix -> AD2 issue

I have a project where I am feeding the MIDI output from Jamstix 3 into a track with AD2. If I try to pull up Jamstix to edit my patterns, the drum track goes silent, until I pull up the AD2 window. Has anyone else had similar issues?..

In my opinion €195 for lifetime core updates is a deal even if it was for 3 years ,which i`m sure Cakewalk will honour.A home hobby studio with an app like Platinum and some decent hardware ,could easily make €5000 per year.Peace..
