Platinum Instrument Collection update issue

I've tried to update the Platinum Instrument Collection a few times now over the last 2 years or so, and I'm having a problem IDK how to solve (easily). Since I installed SONAR version whatever way back whenever, I've been through a new DAW computer or 2 and have changed the way I configure my drive..

Professional --> Platinum and AD2

So... Sonar Platinum forgetting Z3ta+2 envelopes
