Can you render 8tracks 45 minutes easily

I have an eight track recording that I did live. Will sonar platinum choke if I render 45 minutes at once or should it be fine? Also I recorded the piano midi so need to render it as well. ProChannel Signal Flow Question

So I've been using Sonar for quite some time. So in "Pre" mode, it goes Input --> ProChannel --> FX --> Output. My question is the order in ProChannel.
