Midi latency

Hello, I am using Sonar X3 to record some songs. I am finding that when I record anything with Midi it sounds fine when I am recording the actual performance but after when I go to play it back and listen to it in the mix my midi performance is lagging behind and I have to perform some heavy Quantiz..

Loud ear splitting noise feedback after stretching wav file clips

Used to get this in X3 but in Platinum last night I performed the following action: Drag a rex wav file onto track. Bounced to clipCtrl dragged to 50% length, therefore time stretching it. Slip-edit weirdness

Ultra Analog Synth=SPLAT slayer!

Woah. Thought I'd try out the UAS plugin. Dialed up a cool bass patch hit about 6 notes on my MIDI keyboard then, no sound, splat FREEZE, no hope of restarting, have to totally shut down computer and reboot.
