Some softsynths are slow to load at first attempt.

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on a weird problem I'm having in Sonar Platinum. Track causing Natural compression on drum sample random ?

Inserting FXs

Can you not insert an FX while SONAR is playing? Every single time I try to insert a UAD FX in the FX bin while playing back a song, SONAR freezes/ locks up on me. Does anyone else have this problem?..
