distortion when exporting to wav

I am getting a distortion while exporting to .wav. I have several v-vocal tracks but they are not playing back on the wav file. Everything plays perfect in x1. The distortion runs for the first few seconds while playing the .wav file. I've haven't had this problem before? also, I have bounc..

I reinstalled Windows 10 and Sonar X3 Producer. Now when I open a X3 Producer project from before I reinstalled I get a message that a certain plugin can't be found.
