Selecting multiple take lanes.

Ok so this is driving me mad. I have project with multiple take lanes.I want to make a selection on parts (muting the non-selected path) this action works fine in other projects. How to run SONAR TH3 in standalone mode?

Does anyone know if it's possible to run SONAR TH3 as a standalone application - that is to say without having to open it as a VST inside SONAR? distortion problem w/ exporting .wav

I am getting a distortion while exporting to .wav. I have several v-vocal tracks but they are not playing back. The distortion runs for the first few seconds while playing the .wav file.
