Problem after upgrading to 2016.04

Hello, after upgrading to 2016.04 it seems that my "Addictive Drums" have major Drop Outs? When I try to load Cakewalk LP EQ or MB, onto a dedicated Bus the drums drop-off and on through out the song. Unable to register DLL/OCX Platinum Install

I'm trying to install Platinum 64-bit on Windows 7 64-bit and I'm getting the "Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3" error on certain files. New LP EQ and LP MB seem to kill some midi notes....
