Delay to play after adding a video file

Hi GuysI want to do some voice over on a short movie. I added the video to my sonar platinum but even without adding any VST or something else, when I press play it takes 2 or 3 second to play also it happens for stop too. Hi I`m having a difficulty changing presets in TH3 with a midi track in sonar.I did this already with TH2 but i cant seem to do it on TH3 for some reason ,not taking the patch changes.Is there another way to automate preset/patch changes during a song?Peace...

LP MB multiband compressor- Gain reduction meter

I've seen other multiband compressors, like Ozone that have a gain reduction meter. Not seeing that on the LP MB. So, I'm guessing that you see the gain reduction from the graphic display. Or am I missing something? Thanks!..

X3, boring , bland shades of grey

Tascam US 20x20

As a follow up to my posts on the Tascam US 20x20, it really is a good sounding interface. It has pretty good effects built in, so you can hear reverb in your phones when singing. The user interface is pretty confusing...I guess I'll figure it out as I have to LOL!I can record with midi, mics, etc, ..
