Solid State HD question

Problem with installing 2016.03 Update

Hello I am having a problem with installing the 2016.03 update onto my main studio PC which runs Windows 7 Service Pack 1. It fails with the error 'DLL/OCX : RegSvr32 returned error code 0x3. Dimension Pro expansions from 8/8.5 into Sonar Platinum

I'm trying to work on a pretty old project that uses some old Sound FX in Dimension Pro from Sonar 8. So far when I try to load up the additional content disk, it says there is no valid installation of Dim Pro so I cannot go any further.
