Tempo map created by Melodyne: Audio lags generated beat.

I have been experimenting with the Melodyne tempo map integration with Sonar. I've encountered a minor issue which hopefully can be solved easily. The audio drum beats are lagging the Melodyne generated measures/bars by approximately 60 ticks. In other words, the audio drum transients are consistent..

[NEW related PROBLEM] AD2 Drum tracks/maping

I’m way outside my box….Seems I’m missing something… I can’t find any info on setting up, redirecting or assigning AD2 drums to tracks.All I wanted to do is record drums (each on their own track), convert them to midi data then use the data to trigger AD2.
