Tools for setting Master RMS levels

Can anyone describe the process/tools you use for setting master RMS levels for your songs? I've been importing my Sonar mixes into Ozone 7 standalone, then import a popular published track or two that seem in the same genre as mine, getting a sense of the loudness of the tracks and corresponding rm..

Problem with Vocalsync

Anyone having Vocalsync issues?Suddenly Vocalsync is no longer working.It either ERASES the selected track (undo brings it back) or gives me an error saying something like "Program error. The guide track cannot be .... it may be empty". Any thoughts? My SONAR is really going to crap lately. CONSTANT..

Exported WAV file lacks volume

I have a project that I want to burn to CD. I am following the instructions in Tutorial 9 of the Reference Manual. (Sonar X3). I am taking my Master Bus, which plays the project back at just under 0db peaks. and Export->Audio 'ing it to a Wave file at 44.1K/16 bits. (The project is at 44.1K/32 bit)...

Hello,I have been reading that the HIGHER than sampling rate, the LOWER the latency?That sounds wrong!
