Mouse Pointer Disappears Exiting Platinum?

Twice after working in PRV I lost my mouse pointer. I was editing then I saved the project. When I went to desktop my mouse pointer was gone. This happened 2 separate times. Has anyone else experienced this?..

Offline activation issue for Melodyne

I am unable to activate Melodyne Essential from my recent installation of Sonar Platinum. The registration/activation window pops up whenever I try to use it, so I enter the the serial number then follow the directions for generating an offline activation request, which then returns an error message..
