when Is next update??

Newburyport was February and spring is full of promises. Where's March offering??So far for my upgrade this year I get landr which Is useless and they keep bothering you and a track select re-vamp which i do not really need.I do not think we are getting much especially the Pro user.Am I missing some..

Minor issue - Must connect USB Interface only after a project is opened

This is kind of minor but something I would like to get sorted none the less! So I got a new audio interface (Focurite Scarlett 2i2) - I'm using Sonar Producer 8.5 and I am on a laptop (Windows 8) - Basically if I plugin the interface to USB before opening Sonar, all the windows sounds go to it rath..

12/8 and 4/4 time signatures together in perfect harmony (or at least in MIDI). Possible ?

Is it possible to have mixed time signatures in Sonar ? I have an upper part ( SATB, entered as just one MIDI track ) in 12/8 time signature and a the piano part ( again, just one MIDI track ) that needs to be in 4/4 time. strategic guess: UI changes tomorrow??!!!

when i get a feeling, i get a feeling... cakewalk has delayed this months update to patch in the gui updates. Yes, noel said they would be down the road but andrew intimated they were right around the corner... the help menu was not considered sufficient... GUI updates tomorrow (speculation)..

Rant: Trouble inserting bars in the middle of a piece

I have a piece of about a dozen tracks, with lots of clips of 4-8 bars each, as I've been recording the thing in pieces. Windows Update Killed Sonar (SOLVED)

I want to thank Sonar support for helping me get my PC up and running yesterday. Windows updates were the culprit!
