Is it possible to copy an entire track (not a clip) from one project to another?

Probably a stupid question - but is this possible? If so, how?I've copied clips from one project to another all the time, but am curious if an entire track can be copied between projects...

Midi Drums - 'Ghost' notes

Hey All, I am recording a Roland electronic drums set through MIDI. I seem to be getting a lot of very low velocity notes showing up. Let say in the range of 1-30 or so. I am not sure if these are false triggers. Is there are way to delete all notes below a certain velocity? Cheers, Mike..
