Audiosnap transients not showing

Can you insert FX to a Frozen Instrument Track? (solved)

I just tried this. I rarely freeze tracks but I have a finicky sample that needs to be frozen. I loaded an FX and see it loaded but no signal seems to be passing through it. Do I just have to bounce it to it's own track in order to apply an effect? Just tried inserting the effect to the wave clip it..
