Sonar3 Producer Edition reinstalled and now stuck on having no Midi input devices

Greetings All! I used Sonar Producer 3 for many years but at one point my computer got corrupted and Sonar stopped working. I just reinstalled Sonar Producer 3 along with the drivers for SPS-25 USB device but I don't seem to be getting any Midi communication. Same keyboard is hooked up the same way ..
