Is snap-to fixed yet in X2 Staff View?

Hey all, know if snap-to settings actually work when inputting notes by mouse in X2 Staff View? (Try setting snap to 1/4 notes and inputting a measure of 4 quarter notes). My copy of X1 sits idle and I use SONAR 8 instead entirely because of this regression bug, so I'd really like to know if it has ..

Metronome will not... stay... off

Don't want the metronome on during recording. It's currently on by default when Sonar X3 opens. Tried turning it off, then using this to overwrite the existing Normal.cwt template - to no avail. Missing Audio Codecs for videos

This must be my first time making a video on Windows Pro 10 N. I've got 3 missing codecs. Here's my question. Do these missing codecs just block playback?
