[Solved] Sonar & Native Instruments

I'm using NI's Session Horns on a Sonar track, which is reading MIDI note data. I have 'write' enabled on both the track and in the NI instrument window. I press 'record,' using Sound on Sound. Send automation question

If I have three tracks, all with a send to a reverb bus, I group those sends, shouldn't automation for one of the sends affect all three in the group?..

Can I copy and run my cakewalk content folder from an external drive?

I am thinking I did this before. i could just drag and drop and copy my cakewalk content folder to my external drive and then go into to cakewalk assign the new folder location.I am just wondering if all the sound libraries line up? I will copy it first and see if works. Any feedback is welcome. Thx..

Addictive Drums 2 stopped working

After a hardware upgrade. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but now it throws up an error in SONAR. Standalone version works fine, but on a plugin re-scan it throws up errors. I submitted a support ticket over at XLN but wondered if anyone else encountered this?..

re-sizing a project / can't get midi to work

I was experimenting a while back and i made a project in 24 bit sampling rate 96khz. In photo editing i can take a project one size and move it down a standard size in resolution But In cakewalk if a project is 24 bit it would be nice in some cases to be able to switch it to 16 bit and presto it is ..

PRV Controller Pane MUST Be Fixed

Console Emulator position in ProChannel

I RTFM, and it says the console emu should go first in the chain on the ProChannel. And it says the chain goes from top to bottom, which makes perfect sense. However, in some of Craig's Tips, and other screen shots I see on the internet, the console emulator is at the bottom of the ProChannel. So.....

[Solved] Solo Quickgroup

I have 6 tracks in a quick group, specifically to solo a lot. But, only one comes and goes. I don't have exclusive or dim on. The manual says they should all turn on/off at the same time when grouped. What am I doing wrong? I know it's worked here before...
