Grrrrr Crash while simply copying and pasting midi in Platinum

I lost about a half hour's work tonight in Platinum when the program hung while copying and pasting some midi. External Insert Confusion??

Sonarpdr.exe problem

Style dials have vanished!

Not sure exactly when this happened, but my style dials have vanished, (space etc.), including the 5 new ones that were added in the update in Nov or Dec.Any ideas how I can re download them?..
