Can I prevent Sonar from deleting my plugins (in the FX bin) when i hit the delete key?

I noticed with Sonar Platinum, (when i press the delete key) that i'm accidentally deleting plugins (and all the settings I programmed) from the FX bin- when i'm actually trying to delete a clip. Indicator moves at twice the speed?

I'm a total newbie ... and atm a bit overwhelmed :/ I made a new project and painted midi notes in the piano roll view .... it plays fine, like I want, but the indicator moves twice as fast while playing? I.e. when bar 2 has finished playing by the notes I painted and see, the indicator is at bar 4 ..

Signal flow through effects bin and Pro Cahnnel

Can anyone help me with the signal flow chart concerning the pro channel and the effects bin? In the Signal Flow chart, it appears that the pro channel and the effects bin are in parallel with each other. I would think the signal flow would be in series with the pro channel. Is this the case? Bouncing 4 tracks to one track

Hey guys, Trying to bounce some loop audio tracks into one consolidated track. I highlight the tracks and use "bounce to tracks". I choose Tracks, stereo, no dither. It's destination is 1 track at the end of my project. After the bounce, I get 4 separate bounced tracks. What am I doing wrong? BC..
