How can I keep from Sonar from sending Local Control Off?

Every time I power up Sonar it sends a local control off to my keyboards. My Moog Voyager, Moog Sub 37 and Waldorf Q all shut local control off and I have to go into menus to turn the, back on again. Is there a way to keep sonar from doing that? What is the reasoning for Sonar sending local control ..

Unable to create new audio file for recording
