Downloading Command Center?

Everyone, I opened Cakewalk command center and it says that "This version is no longer supported" I clicked the yes button to download the newest version and its been just sitting there with 0% downloaded for 15 min. I tried it again and its still sitting there at 0% downloaded. Any suggestions?..

Staff view - cannot select a note below the staff

When in the Staff View, right clicking a note supposedly brings up the Note Properties window. But if the note is below the staff (like a low C in a G-clef staff), it will not.
