Problems getting ACT MIDI learn working with M-Audio Code 61

I have just got an M-Audio Code 64 MIDI Keyboard and have managed to set up the rotary knobs, however I can't work out how to set up the transport controls and faders. Is it me or is setting up MIDI learn in Sonar seems to be a painful process?!..

Audio stops working; is there a way to reset it?

I was working on a song, and suddenly the audio output stopped working. One of the audio buses had its volume maxed, but nothing was being sent to the sound card. Restarting playback didn't help. Mixing down - adj Master Input Gain or Master Outptvlm?

I've confused myself.When mixing down do you adjust the the Master Bus Input Gain or the Master Bus Outptvlm? Is the only determinant the fact one is pre-FX and the other post? i.e. with no FX in the Master Bus it makes no difference?..

which older versions of sonar have old vst's not included in platinum

vvocalrmixpentagonany others not in platinum that I should grab out of my older versions x3 x2 or x1? Rmix I think was in x2 last and I think vvocal was in x3 as well as pentagon. Not a 100% for sure but I just installed Platinum and need to know if any other vst's I use to like are not included...

Could TH3 get a resizable plugin screen?

I notice when I use TH3 standalone I can resize the window. When I resize the window within Sonar, the available real estate doesn't increase. It would be nice if it did. TH3 can need a big window...
