trouble installing Waves plugin

I recently updated Waves Central - and I just purchased PS22 a week ago. But after I "installed" it, I can't find it in Sonar. So I contacted Waves. They said... Freeze Function in Sonar 8.5

I am trying to freeze my GPO samples on a track in Sonar 8.5 but there is little volume. I can kinda make it out if I crank the volume. Otherwise do I just give it 24dB of gain? Is it possible to open 32bit projects on a 64bit machine

I have both a 32bit and 64bit machine running Win7. Can I open my projects and bundles saved from the 32bit Win 7 on the 64bit machine and visa versa? I have 4gigs of ram on the 32. That seems to be plenty of ram to run X1 isn't it? No? I could go with both 64bit but, I like running Reason in Rewire..

Audio Track - FX Bin - Plug-In Layout

I have yet another question:. I am familiar with Plug-In manager in Sonar. Its great. My Plug-In Manager has the left box showing Plug-In Categories. Once I select a Plug-In Category then it lists all of the plugins I have associated with that Category ( ie. audio effects vst3 ) in the middle window..
